# What is the minimum/maximum amount I can send with Conduit?

The minimum amount required per transaction is 10,000 USD. If you send less than this, a $35 USD fixed fee will apply.

As for maximums, there are no absolute limits, but the web app has quote limits depending on the target currency:

- **Stablecoins**: No limit.
- **USD**: Maximum quote limit is $1.50M per transaction.
- **BRL**: Maximum quote limit is 15M per transaction.
- **MXN**: Maximum quote limit is 10M per transaction.
- **EUR**: Maximum quote limit is 1.50M per transaction.

### What are Conduit's operating hours for MXN and BRL transfers?

Transfers in MXN and BRL processed through the platform follow a rate schedule based on operating hours:

- **Standard rate:** 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (ET)
- **After-hours rate:** 3:00 PM – 8:59 AM (ET, next day)

Please note that transactions submitted outside of standard hours may receive less favorable quotes. For best pricing, we recommend submitting transfers during standard business hours.

### Do you support payments to high-risk or sanctioned countries?

### My beneficiary is in pending status, how long does it take to get approved?

If the beneficiary is created within Conduit's operational hours, the review should take no more than 10 minutes.

### I invited a team member and they can’t log in. What should they do?

If a user you've invited is having trouble logging in after creating their account and sees a message like "Create your organization", they **should return to the invitation email** and log in using the link provided.
